  1. 30 Apr added lyrics for What Else Does the Time Mean (thank you Danen Jobe!); noted that an audience recording of the Austin show is now out there 29 Apr linked to reviews, photos, and blog entries about the Portland show; added information about the Avanto-Festivaali CD to the discography; added rudimentary booking information.
  2. Sep 17,  · I am a huge fan of Jandek. I'm not sure how I stumbled across him, but I have to say I've managed to find lots of things to love in his discography. Of cours.
  3. The point of Jandek is the pointlessness - the facts that clear thought went into those collaborative records and that the records are clearly collaborative themselves takes away from the singularity of the rather visionless vision - for lack of a better word - of the work. I've written the guy, he says he has no idea what he's doing - it's not like anybody else of a sound mind would have.

  5. Writing this, I feel like I'm getting redundant with my talkings of Jandek. Surely, nothing I have said about the man is varied enough to want to actually check him out, and I'm not really gaining much from these reviews except for word count. Likewise, I will press onwards, listening to, rating, and reviewing all Jandek releases to come.

  7. Still in a most list-ful mood, but this round-up certainly wasn’t a very easy one to compile, I’ll have everyone know. The pickin’s were extremely, uh, thin, to say the very least. Nevertheless (or should I say Nevermind)… Number One: Mark Johnson – 12 in a room () Powerful pop most firmly rooted within the Brill Building anteroom.
  8. This one was a cassette release in , but re-released by the reanimated Micrart label on CD-r in I'dhave used the original artwork if I could find it anywhere, instead of the awful turn of the millenium computer graphics that adorns this bryxcomthesadilo.tioroctodoohasingpromecconzosubri.co is also the ers from which Cd-r's started to disintegrate after a few bryxcomthesadilo.tioroctodoohasingpromecconzosubri.co's.
